2016 Che Bello Orange Muscat

Believed to have roots extending as far back as early Egyptian civilization, the muscat grape has a rich history.  Orange Muscat is known for its distinctive orange and orange blossom aromas.

TASTING NOTES: A lovely mix of honeysuckle and fresh tangerine peel perfumes the nose.  The bright, dry palate offers honeydew melon and peach flavors with a creamy, smooth finish that ends with a pop of lively acidity.

FOOD PAIRING:  Lovely and light, this attractive wine is an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines and cheeses.  This wine would complement classic brunch dishes such as quiche, eggs Benedict with fresh crab, and fluffy Belgian waffles with maple syrup or fresh strawberries.
